This Shipping & Delivery Policy is part of our Terms of Service ("Terms").
Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.
Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. If you have a rush order, you can e-mail us and we can try to accommodate and prioritize your shipment.
Shipping Rates and Carriers
We ship worldwide from Canada. We offer flat rate shipping rates. While most orders are shipped using Canada Post, USPS, or UPS services, depending on your shipment and location, a different service may be used.
Standard shipping rates for small packages (increases for heavier orders):

☻ Other International: $11 - $18 CAD
Does your shipping fee seem high at checkout? These are rounded flat rates; You can e-mail us your order & address if you'd like us to see if there is an even cheaper shipping option to your exact location.
Customs checks, customs fees, VAT/tax etc.
It's possible that your package may incur other fees and taxes upon arrival. Check the import rules within your country before purchasing. We are not responsible for any duties or taxes you may have to pay upon receiving your order.
It's also possible that a customs department may open and inspect your package sometime during its shipment. Please open and inspect your package as soon as it's delivered. If your order packaging is damaged or contains missing products because of this, please let us know within 1 - 3 days and we can send you a replacement.
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50 CAD only to US & Canada.
Local Pickup
For deliveries to Toronto, Canada, we may consider offering a local pickup or exchange within the city. If you are interested in this method, please contact us directly.
For EU and UK consumers:
The limitations within this policy do not affect your statutory rights.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us. For orders that include a tracking number, you will receive the tracking information in this email so that you can check your order status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
What if my package appears lost?
For US orders, most typically arrive within 8 business days. Other countries will vary. If you haven’t received your order within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
